RCC patients who are currently pregnant are invited to participate in a study that will help physicians and scientists understand the implications of COVID-19 exposure during pregnancy.
What is ASPIRE?
ASPIRE is a nationwide study of pregnant women and their babies during the COVID-19 pandemic and is focused on the first trimester of pregnancy. This study will help us understand the implications of COVID-19 exposure during pregnancy and promote the health and safety of pregnant women and their babies everywhere.
You’ll be asked to:
• Submit frequent, quick (<1 minute each) symptom tracking reports using your mobile phone and/or computer
• Collect finger-stick blood samples from home at several points throughout your pregnancy
• Give permission to review medical records related to your pregnancy, delivery and baby’s development
• Complete questionnaires online about your health during your pregnancy and after delivery of your baby.
Am I eligible?
If your pregnancy is 4-10 weeks along (gestation), you are eligible to enroll.
